SwapCloak (swapcloak.com) is a non-custodial front-end interface to the Trocador exchange aggregation network. SwapCloak displays market information and lets you initiate cryptocurrency swaps that are executed by independent third-party exchanges selected through Trocador. SwapCloak is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or money transmitter.
SwapCloak never holds, receives, controls, or transmits user funds. Deposits are sent by you directly to the executing exchange; swapped coins are sent by that exchange directly to the address you provide. Loss caused by sending to a wrong address, sending the wrong asset or network, or missing a trade window cannot be reversed by SwapCloak.
SwapCloak requires no account or registration and does not collect, store, or share personal data. Market data is fetched from public sources. Swap execution, including any data the executing exchange processes, is governed by the terms and privacy policies of Trocador and the executing exchange.
Executing exchanges are independent entities with their own terms, AML policies, and legal obligations. In rare cases an executing exchange may delay or hold a swap for verification under its own policy. Each trade receives a public trade ID; support for in-flight trades is provided by Trocador and the executing exchange under their guarantee and refund policies.
SwapCloak is funded by Trocador's standard referral commission, which is included in the quoted rate. SwapCloak adds no extra markup of its own. The rate you confirm before sending funds is the rate that applies (fixed mode) or the market-following rate described at confirmation (floating mode).
Nothing on SwapCloak is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; you trade at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to you.
You may not use SwapCloak for unlawful purposes. Availability of the service in your jurisdiction is your responsibility to verify.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapCloak and its operator are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this interface, including losses caused by third-party exchanges, network failures, or user error.
